The practice of off licence medicine/Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. Although good results are expected, there is no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied, on the result that may be obtained
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations with less that 12 hours notice of your appointment will be charged in full, however if you book back in with 14days you will be given the cancellation fee back, minus £30 which is our standard charge for a last minute cancellation.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice there will be a fee of 50% of the total treatment price, how ever if you rebook within 14days of the cancellation this will be deducted of your price.
Once your Botox review appointment has been booked, if this appointment has been missed by not turning up or failure to inform us 24 hours prior to the appointment time, another appointment will not be given under no circumstances.
All vouchers wether gifted by Luxe to charities/won at fundraisers and purchased in clinic, must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase/date of winning the voucher. Vouchers that have not been used within a 12 month period will not be honoured and cannot be used under any circumstances.
Please note that no further appointments will be booked if the cancellation balance is not settled.
