Client Information & Appointment Policies
Attendance
All clients must attend their appointment alone. Please do not bring friends, family members, or children. Anyone accompanying you will be asked to leave.
Children are not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Payments
We currently accept cash payments only.
Bank transfers are not accepted under any circumstances.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, you will be required to reschedule.
Consultation Forms
Online consultation forms must be completed accurately, including full name, date of birth, full address, and postcode. Appointments may be affected if forms are incomplete or incorrect.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice:
The appointment will be charged in full.
If you rebook your treatment within 14 days, the full treatment price will be deducted from the new appointment minus a £30 late-cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice:
A fee of 50% of the total treatment cost will apply.
If you rebook within 14 days, this fee will be deducted from your new appointment total.
Botox Review Appointments:
Once a review appointment is booked, failure to attend without 24 hours’ notice will result in no further review appointments being offered under any circumstances.

Vouchers
All vouchers—whether gifted, won at charity/fundraiser events, or purchased in clinic—must be used within 12 months of the purchase or issue date.
Vouchers not used within this 12-month period will not be honoured and cannot be redeemed.

Outstanding Balances
No further appointments will be booked until all cancellation fees or outstanding balances are paid in full.
